The community we operate in is our important stakeholder. Our teams work with neighboring communities to make a positive contribution.
Calibre’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee works with the village committees and other organizations to select specific projects of importance for the community. Our teams work on each project from conceptualization to handover. The CSR Committee reports directly to the Board of Directors of the company.
In order to create an effective impact, Calibre limits community initiatives to within 10 Km of our manufacturing plants.
Badminton Court

Calibre reconstructed the badminton court at the police headquarters of Valsad with modern amenities which can be used by the police officers and local residents nearby.
Tricycle distribution
- Beneficiary: Kalay and Angam Villagers
- Location: Near Sarigam – 15 KM from Calibre
Beneficiary : GIDC Estate
Location : GIDC Sarigam - 1km from Calibre
Calibre distributed 10 tricycles to the physically handicapped persons in Kalay and Angam Villagers near Sarigam. Thus, leading to the benefit and support of handicapped persons by providing useful means of transportation and making it more convenient for them.
Renovation of Vankutir
- Beneficiary: Kannadu Villagers
- Location: Kannadu - 6 km from Calibre

Kannadu is a village with a population having very low income. Their Vankutir was in a dilapidated condition. On request, Calibre renovated the Vankutir together with landscaping and fencing. The project was completed, handed over and has been very well received and utilized by the villagers.
